Optometrist Lense - Pendants

These are very popular in America.Some creative genius has had the idea of recycling old optometrist lenses, around 100 years old and adding pictures and embellishments to make these beautiful pendants.
Complete with their metal frames(metal unknown), some with etched numbers in the glass,these rare lenses give a real vintage feel to the piece.

I loved this idea and chose some of my favourite pictures of the past and made these pieces complete with sterling silver chain.I hope this type of pendant becomes popular so small works of art can be worn on a daily basis.
